To manage your PayMate account users go to Account Settings - User Settings - Manage Users. On this page, you can approve users that are added or deleted, edit user details, block users or delete the user permanently.
If a new user is added the user addition will be waiting for approval under the Manage Users page. Any action taken on a user, like edit or deletion or blocking the user will have to be approved by the Admin user or the Approver user of the User Management department.
The status of the user will be Pending For Approval. The Approver will see a tick mark under the Action column for approving or rejecting the action taken on the user. Click on the tick mark icon to approve the action taken on the user
Once the new user addition is approved the user will receive an activation email. The user has to follow the instructions on the email to activate his account on PayMate.
