A customer or vendor of a business on PayMate is called a Contact. You are required to add your contacts on PayMate to be able to start requesting or making payments.
Businesses can configure approval workflows for adding new contacts to meet business compliance needs. This can be achieved through configuration of Contact Maker and Approver under Contact Approvals>Workflow Settings
Add one or more Maker(s) with permission to add new contacts to the business. If you have Integrated with PayMate for Contact Management then you can skip selecting Maker(s) by clicking on checkbox No Maker Needed
Next step, add one or more Approvers to the workflow from the drop down and enter the number of Approvers required to successfully add a contact to your business. Click on Save Workflow to complete the workflow creation for Contact Approval.
