It means the business name on the document does not match the Business name used while registering with PayMate App. Please re-upload the correct Business PAN card which mentions exactly the same business name as registered during the sign up process. If you have typed in the incorrect Business name during the sign up process, you need to register as a new user on the app (with a different email ID & mobile number) and make sure your business name is as it appears on the PAN card.
