Payment Settings > Xpress Account: 


Xpress account is a virtual prepaid account. It is automatically created when your business is onboarded on the PayMate platform. Unique Virtual Xpress Account Number(VAN) is assigned to each business at the time of onboarding. An Xpress account works like a prepaid wallet. The balance in the Xpress account is used to make instant vendor, utility, tax, GST payments on the platform. Top-up the balance in your Xpress account via credit card/net banking.

Xpress Account is accessible within Payment Setting, on Xpress Account screen, you will be able to view Xpress Account Balance, Payments made through Xpress Account with their payment status, as well as option to Top-up Account.


   

Xpress Account: Top-up Account


Click on Top-up Account to continue adding funds using Credit Card/ net banking to Xpress Account. On the Confirm Payment Screen, enter the Amount, select the mode credit card or NEFT and associated details to complete the top-up.

Status – Status of all the booked, but not paid transactions are mentioned here. Status type and their description are as follows:-


Awaiting to check
Transactions that are booked by maker but awaiting to be checked by checker are recorded here.
Awaiting to approve
Transactions checked by checker but awaiting to be approved by approver are recorded here.
Awaiting to pay
Transactions checked and approved, but are still pending due to low or no balances in Xpress Account are recorded here. Business needs to top up their Xpress Account for the transactions to go through seamlessly.
