To comply with our KYC verification process, your business has to be a registered entity. You must possess a valid PAN card, business proof, and address proof.
You can upload the KYC documents of your business by going to Business Settings > KYC Documents.
KYC is completed considering whether the business is GST registered or not.
1. If a business is GSTIN registered, select Yes under Do you have a GSTIN? and provide the details in the form and upload the GST document, PAN card document to complete KYC document uploads.
2. If a business is non GSTIN registered, details and document attachments on PAN card, business proof and address proof are required to complete KYC. List of supported documents are made available under the drop down of each field in the form.
The KYC verification process takes 48 working hours. On successful verification of documents, your PayMate account gets activated and you can start transacting. An email notification for the same will also be shared to the registered email address. On successful verification of documents, a green tick mark will appear next to uploaded documents in the KYC documents under Business Settings.
If KYC documents cannot be verified for any reason, they are rejected and the same is intimated to you via email on your registered email address. In that case, you need to make necessary changes and re-upload the correct document for verification.
